Refund and Replacement Policy

Brand customization service
JIYI guarantees that subject to the following conditions, refund and replacement can be requested within 15 calendar days from the date of sale
(subject to the date of receipt of shipment). Please contact the authorized distributor of JIYI from whom you purchased your product for more
details.
1. You can request refund service where,
Within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment, if the product has no manufacturing defects, and is still in the original
packaging with complete accessories, gifts, specification and no human damages that will not affect second sale;
Within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment, if the product has obvious manufacturing defects before being put to use;
Non-artificial quality issues still exist after a replacement.
2. JIYI is entitled to refuse the refund request where,
The refund was requested beyond the refund period (7 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment);
Legal purchasing vouchers or receipts are unable to be provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered;
The product sent in for refund does not include all original packaging, accessories, gifts and specification, or there exists stains in the
appearance of the product caused by humans;
The label, serial number, waterproof mark, false proof mark and so on are believed to be torn or tempered;
Any crash or fire damage is not caused by quality issues of the product, as well as any product fault or damage has been caused by
unauthorized modification of the product, including entry of foreign materials (water, oil, sand and etc.) or improper installation or
operations;
Damage was caused to the product by force majeure, including fire, flood, lightning stroke, traffic accidents and etc.;
Product has not been sent back within 7 calendar days after refund or replacement confirmation from JIYI;
3. You can request replacement service where,
Within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment, if the product has obvious manufacturing defects before being put to use;
Within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment, if it fails to normally activate the product as per the specification or under
the guidance of technical personnel after unpacking, or there exists non-artificial quality issues;
Non-artificial quality issues still exist after a replacement;
The product has damages caused in delivering when to be unpacked and checked in the presence of the delivery man upon the receipt of
shipment;
The product purchased does not match the original description.
4. We are entitled to refuse the replacement request where,
The replacement was requested beyond the replacement period (15 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment);
Legal purchasing vouchers or receipts are unable to be provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered;
The product sent in for replacement does not include all original packaging, accessories, gifts and specification, or there exists stains in
the appearance of the product caused by humans;
Product is tested to have no quality issues after testing by JIYI technical support department;
Any crash or fire damage is not caused by quality issues of the product, as well as any product fault or damage has been caused by
unauthorized modification of the product, including entry of foreign materials (water, oil, sand and etc.) or improper installation or
operations;
The label, serial number, waterproof mark, false proof mark and so on are believed to be torn or tempered;
Damage was caused to the product by force majeure, including fire, flood, lightning stroke, traffic accidents and etc.;
Product has not been sent back within 15 calendar days after replacement confirmation from JIYI;
The replacement was requested due to the delivering factor but the customer fails to provide the freight damage vouchers issued by the
transport company.

(subject to the date of receipt of shipment). Please contact the authorized distributor of JIYI from whom you purchased your product for more
details.

Within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment, if the product has no manufacturing defects, and is still in the original

Product has not been sent back within 15 calendar days after replacement confirmation from JIYI;
The replacement was requested due to the delivering factor but the customer fails to provide the freight damage vouchers issued by the
transport company.
3.Maintenance Instruction
Customer need to send back the product with quality problems, and JIYI after-sale service center will test it to figure out who should bear
the responsibility for the problems. If the product has inherent quality defects, JIYI will bear inspection, labor, materialsand delivery
fees.
If the tested product mismatches free maintenance conditions, customers can choose paid maintenance service or getting back the product;
If the product comes with problems that are out of maintenance scope (such as human damage), JIYI will charge fees caused by detection,
labor, materials, testing and delivery.
JIYI provides our customers with an optional paid maintenance service for products that do not meet the conditions of our free maintenance
service or which are not covered by our refund and replacement policy.
For the paid maintenance services we offer, you will be charged for testing, labor, materials and delivery. (Note: in case of waiving the
maintenance after JIYI receiving the product, you should still pay the testing and delivery fees.)
For cases more than 15 days since the customer sends back the product to JIYI (during this period neither the maintenance plan is confirmed,
nor the customer waives the paid service), JIYI will contact the customer and return the product, and the customer has to bear the shipping
costs.
If the customers are out of contact, JIYI will return the product to the mailing address, and the customer has to bear the shipping costs.
In case of any dispute of the above rules, JIYI UAV reserves the right of final interpretation.
The after-sale service only applies in mainland of China,while local laws and regulations on after-sale service shall prevail in other
countries and regions.
